Basis of Sale
9- The description of the personal registration in our website does not constitute a contractual offer to sell the Goods. When an Order has been submitted on the Website, we can reject it for any reason, although we will try to tell you the reason without delay.
10- The Order process is set out on the Website. Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the Order. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly.

13- All Personal Registrations are sold subject to availability. Buying a registration doesn’t guarantee availability and if for reasons out of our control the registration becomes unavailable then the companies liability is limited to a full refund only.
The availability and prices shown throughout this website are subject to change without notice.
14- There is the following rule to consider when buying a personal registration for your vehicle
You can only put a number onto a vehicle of equal age or newer. To put it simply – You can make a new car look older but not an old car look newer. For example, if you buy a new style plate with the registration AA63 ABC – you can only put that on a car registered new on or after the 1st September 2013.
Details of age suitability will be displayed on the Order Summary page. By continuing you agree you have understood the age requirements of the vehicle you intend to display the registration on.
15- The average time to receive the V750 document is between 1 to 2 weeks. However this can take longer during busier times of the year and as such we offer no guarantees on when we will receive the documentation.
Price and Payment
16- The price of a personal registration and any additional delivery or other charges is set out on the Website at the date of the Order or such other price as we may agree in writing.
17- Prices and charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the Order. The Assignment fee is VAT exempt.
18- You must pay by submitting your credit or debit card details with your Order and we can take payment immediately.
19- We will deliver the Registration documents (V750) and road legal number plate (If purchased), to the delivery location as determined at checkout.
20- We do not deliver to addresses outside England and Wales, Scotland, & Northern Ireland. If, however, we accept an Order for delivery outside that area, you may need to pay import duties or other taxes, as we will not pay them.
21- If you or your nominee fail, through no fault of ours, to take delivery of the documents and number plates at the delivery location, we may charge the reasonable costs of redelivering them.
22- The number plates will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery. You must examine the number plates before fixing them to a vehicle and report any damage.
23- We accept no personal liability for items lost or damaged in transit by Royal Mail or UPS.
Services Offered By Us
24- If the customer requires us to assign the registration we will send a follow up email to request the relevant documentation. If this documentation is not received within 3 weeks of request we will then revert to the option of the buyer assigning the registration themselves. In this case we will send the V750 document and details on how to assign the registration online or by post.
If a customer chooses to assign the registration themselves they should do so by the assignment date on the V750 – usually 10 years from date of purchase.
25- Before we can supply the number plates the buyer agrees to send documentation as required by law to prove their identity. We will ask for any documentation after the registration has been successfully registered. The number plates must not be altered in any way as to change the layout or appearance of the registration.
Completion of Sale
26- The sales is deemed complete once the buyer receives their new V5C (vehicle registration certificate) with the relevant registration number displayed.
